The Center Stage Theater brings the magic of the movies to life at Patuxent River and is open to all with base access! The theater shows first-run movies at discounted prices, making it an ideal place for spending a relaxing afternoon or evening with your family or friends.


 

Ticket Prices

Tickets can be purchased 45 minutes before the start of the movie. Proof of age is required for R rated shows.

  • $5 ages 12+
  • $4 ages 6-11
  • Free for ages 5 & under
  • Free for Liberty Card holders
  • Please note that the Center Stage Theater & Coffee Shop is a cashless operation.

 

 

Theater Rentals

Need to rent a large space for meetings? Center Stage Theater is available to accommodate your needs!

For reservations and availability, please call the Community Recreation Office at 301-342-3648.

  • Rentals are $65 an hour with a 1-hour minimum required.
  • Theater rentals are available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
  • 72 hours advance notice is required.
  • Rentals are based upon availability.
  • We are a cashless facility. All credit cards are accepted.
  • Birthday party rentals are $110 for 3 hours for select times on Saturdays.

 

Birthday Parties

Birthdays are better at the movies! Celebrate with a private party at the Center Stage Theater and pay just the facility fee - the movie is on us!

  • Birthday party rentals are $110 for 3 hours on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Call to inquire about the availability of additional days and times.
  • Select from the Navy DVD/NSSM program with hundreds of titles for all ages.
  • Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.
  • Call the Community Recreation Office at 301-342-3648 for more information or to make a reservation.

 

Center Stage Coffee Shop

We Proudly Serve Starbucks® is located right inside the lobby of the Center Stage Movie Theater.

Serving freshly brewed coffee, made-to-order handcrafted blended & espresso beverages, bagels and muffins!
